Terms of Use

Using this site
TimerAlarmClock provides free time tools that run in your web browser. By using the site you accept the terms below. If you do not, please do not use it.
Please do not rely on this for anything critical
These are web pages, not background services. An alarm, timer or countdown can only sound while its tab is open and the browser is running. It will not ring if you close the tab, quit the browser, turn the device off, or if the operating system suspends the browser to save power. Browsers may also block sound until you have interacted with the page.
For anything where missing the moment matters — a flight, medication, an exam, a meeting you cannot be late for — set a second alarm on a device built for it. Use the Test sound control before relying on audio, and treat this site as a convenience rather than a guarantee.
Accuracy
The clock and the alarm read the time and time zone from your own device. If your device clock is wrong, this site will be wrong in exactly the same way. Times are shown to the second, and the stopwatch to a hundredth of a second, but a browser started by hand is not a calibrated measuring instrument and should not be treated as one.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It may be unavailable, change, or stop working at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using or being unable to use the site — including a missed alarm, a mistimed event, or anything that follows from one.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, use it to break the law, or present it as your own. Otherwise, use it as much as you like: no account, no limits, no charge.
Content and ownership
The site's design, text and code belong to their author. Anything you type into a tool — a countdown title, for instance — stays in your browser and remains entirely yours; see the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
